Labelling - All our Pat Testing Labelís include the following:
Date - Under Edition 4 of the Code of Practice this is now left blank
labels are green and white in colour
labels are RED with DO NOT USE Failed Safety Test printed on them
Documentation - Our computerised print outs include the following:
inventory of appliances
test results for each appliance
pass and fail reports
aim to provide these within 2 working days of the completion of testing
Certificate - A Certificate for display in the staff room, notice board or
reception to advise that the appliances on the premises have been tested
